We baked breads and pastries in the back.\u00a0 Demand soon outgrew our small, one table baking area. In 2008, we broke ground on our new commercial bakery. We then began offering our unique products nationwide. We are a true family owned and operated business. Kyle and Kathy Nielsen are owner operators. Their three children now work alongside them.
