Family Farm

Over the years, we’ve honed our family knowledge and skills to produce the highest quality hard red spring wheat and other crops. In 1990, brothers Kyle and Travis Nielsen purchased the family farm, continuing to utilize the latest in farming technology and innovations. In addition to our love of farming, we share a love of good food—particularly fresh bread, served steaming hot at the family dinner table.

You could say… “we’re Montana born and bread!”

In 2004, we opened our restaurant and bakery in Billings featuring the finest artisan breads, stone oven pizzas and gourmet sandwiches made with wheat from our family farm. Our customers loved our home-style food, and soon loaves of bread and pastries were flying off the shelves.

Commercial Bakery

In 2008, we broke ground on our new commercial baker in Billings so we could begin offering our unique farm-to-table products nationwide. We surpass other companies’ standard for freshness and flavor with our innovative hands on processes and fast deliver through our key distribution channels.
